A great read. Suspenseful and keeps you guessing till the end. Full of surprises, well written, great character development.

I watched the first season of Sharp Objects on HBO, and was immediately hooked by the plot. I needed answers and decided to purchase the book— I was not disappointed. This is the kind of book that you will make time for because you will not want to put it down. I don’t want to spoil the plot; thus, I will spare details, other than that Flynn is the queen of plot twists. **This book may not be appropriate for readers who are prone to substance abuse and self-harm.

Dark, spooky, infuriating, creepy. I loved it. The characters are very real if a bit overdone but it doesn’t take away from the story. Pretty much each line gets under your skin...and I read several paragraphs over to savor the the full craziness of this family. Enjoy!

LOVED IT. Dark. Creepy.

I found the story riveting until the ending. It just came to an awkward halt. Throughout the rest of the book you are holding on trying to figure out who the killer is and then within the last two chapters the author just slaps together the ending. The ending where Camille goes to live with her boss and his wife is just such a weird way to finish the story. I have to say that if I had know that this was how this story ended I wouldn’t have wasted my time reading it. Unfortunately, this book has put me off this author. I won’t be reading her work again since I have better things to do with my time.

Gg I love this book
